I am a student at Ōtaki College in Ōtaki, NZ. My blog is a place where I will be able to share some of my learning. Please note....some work won't be edited - they are just my first drafts, so there may be some errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas on my posts.
At school we were reading a poem about the Mara. First had to figure out which insect was which then put some pictures of the insects and write the word in English and Maori.
Kia ora Samuel! You've done a lovely job of presenting the words in Te Reo and English for the images you have chosen. I remember the time when you found all those cicada shells - was it when we were walking to the swimming pool? In any case, I didn't know the Te Reo word for cicada - but now I do - thanks!!
